Your family’s health admin, sorted.
eScripts, medicines, visits, referrals and results for you and the people you look after, kept together on your iPhone. Gentle reminders, your pharmacy code ready at the counter, and nothing sent to us.
Share it, scan it or paste it.
Bellbird works out whether it’s a script, a visit or a letter, and fills in the details for you to check.
Share it in
In Messages, Mail, Safari or Photos, tap Share and choose Bellbird. It reads the eScript, booking or letter and shows you what it found.
Scan or snap
Scan an eScript QR code, or take a photo of a paper script, referral or result. Bellbird reads it on your iPhone.
Paste a message
Copy a text or email from your doctor or clinic and paste it in. You check the details, then save.
Medicines and eScripts
Every eScript and paper script in one list, with your pharmacy code ready to show at the counter.
- Repeats counted down as you collect them
- Reminders when you’re running low or a script is about to expire
- Optional dose reminders and a simple dose log
- Lock screen notifications never show medicine names
Visits with nothing forgotten
Share a clinic’s message and Bellbird adds the visit, then suggests what to do before it.
- A before-visit checklist: referral, tests, questions
- A reminder the day before
- Add it to your iPhone Calendar if you like
- Link letters and results to the visit they belong to
Referrals, results and letters
Scan or import the papers that pile up. Bellbird reads the key details on your iPhone so you can find them later.
- Referrals with a reminder before they expire
- Results, scans and letters kept together
- Share a record with a doctor when you need to
For the people you look after
Keep medicines, visits and records for your kids, your parents or anyone you care for, side by side with your own.
- Switch between Everyone or one person in a tap
- Reminders stay general unless you choose to name who they’re for
- A medicines summary to print or share for each person
Pip knows your papers, not just the app.
Ask Pip about your own medicines, visits and records, or how to do something in Bellbird. Pip answers on your iPhone and never gives medical advice.
Ask Pip
“When is Mum’s next visit?” “Which scripts run out this month?” “How do I back up?”
Siri
Ask Siri what you need before your next visit, or mark a dose as taken, without opening the app.
Widgets
See what’s next on your Home Screen. Widgets say “Visit tomorrow 2:30 pm”, never names, unless you choose.
Ask Pip’s open questions need Apple Intelligence. How-to answers work on every iPhone.
The small things that help.
Your health stays on your phone.
Bellbird is built on CTEQ’s private-by-design approach: on-device AI, no account and no server holding your information.
Kept on your iPhone
No account or sign-up. Anything you add stays on your iPhone.
Read on your iPhone
On-device AI reads your scripts and letters. The only time Bellbird goes online is when you add an eScript link: your iPhone opens that link with eRx to read the details.
Locked with Face ID
Lock Bellbird with Face ID or your passcode. It’s hidden in the app switcher.
Backups only you can open
Saved to Files, and to your own iCloud Drive only if you turn it on. Locked with a passphrase only you know.
Data Not Collected
No ads, analytics or tracking. We never see your information.
Read the full privacy policy.
Good questions.
Is Bellbird medical advice?
No. Bellbird keeps your health papers organised and reminds you about things you’ve added. It doesn’t diagnose, interpret results, check interactions or give dosing advice. Ask your doctor or pharmacist about your medicines. In an emergency, call 000.
Where is my data?
On your iPhone. Everything you add is kept in Bellbird’s private storage, which iOS encrypts when your phone is locked. There’s no account and no CTEQ server holding your information, so we never see it.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The only time Bellbird goes online is when you add an eScript link: your iPhone opens that link with eRx, the eScript service your prescriber used, to read the medicine details. You can always type the details in yourself instead.
Is this the official eScript app?
No. Bellbird is independent, made in Australia by CTEQ. It isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by eRx, Fred IT, the Australian Digital Health Agency, Medicare or Services Australia.
Does it connect to My Health Record?
No. Bellbird doesn’t connect to My Health Record or any government system. It keeps only what you add to it.
Can my family see it on their phones?
Not yet. You can look after the people you care for on your own iPhone, and print or share a medicines summary when someone needs it.
What does it cost?
Bellbird is free. No ads and no in-app purchases.
What do I need?
An iPhone on iOS 26 or later. Ask Pip’s open questions need Apple Intelligence. Everything else, including Pip’s how-to answers, works on every iPhone that runs iOS 26.
What if I lose my phone?
Turn on encrypted backups in Me > Backup & restore. Backups are saved to Files on your iPhone, so also switch on “keep in iCloud Drive” or copy the backup somewhere safe. On a new iPhone, install Bellbird and restore it with your passphrase. We can’t recover your information or your passphrase, because we never have them.
How do I delete everything?
Delete the Bellbird app. That removes all of its data from your iPhone. Then delete any Bellbird backup files in the Files app, and in iCloud Drive if you turned that on.
